Shipping & Delivery Policy

Manish Sthool provides photography and digital marketing services. All deliverables are digital in nature — no physical products are shipped. This policy describes how and when you will receive your deliverables.
1. Delivery Method
All final deliverables are delivered digitally via one or more of the following methods, as agreed before the project:
- Google Drive shared folder link
- WeTransfer download link
- Email attachment (for smaller files)
- WhatsApp / Telegram (for quick previews and light files)
Download links are active for a minimum of 30 days after delivery. Please download and back up your files promptly.
2. Delivery Timelines

| Digital Marketing Content | As per monthly content calendar agreed upon |
| Rush Delivery | Available on request — subject to additional charges |
Timelines begin after full payment of the agreed advance and completion of the shoot or briefing session. Delays caused by the client (late approvals, missing assets) do not count toward the timeline.
3. File Formats
- Photography: High-resolution JPEG (print-ready). RAW files available on request at additional cost.
- Social media content: JPEG / MP4 in platform-appropriate dimensions.
- Reports and strategy documents: PDF format.
4. Number of Deliverables
The exact number of final edited images or content pieces is agreed upon at the time of booking and confirmed in writing before the shoot or project commencement. Additional edits or images beyond the agreed scope are charged separately.
5. Revisions
- Each project includes one round of revisions unless otherwise agreed.
- Revision requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the final delivery.
- Additional revision rounds are available at an extra charge.
6. Delayed Delivery
If delivery is delayed beyond the agreed timeline due to reasons on my end, I will notify you in advance via email or message and provide a revised delivery date. In such cases, no additional charges will be levied.
