These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the freelance services provided by Manish Sthool ("I", "me"), a freelance photographer and digital marketer based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. By using this website or engaging my services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Offered

I offer the following freelance services:

• Product Photography — studio and location-based product shoots for e-commerce, catalogs, and marketing materials.
• Interior Photography — architectural and interior shoots for real estate, hospitality, and design studios.
• Automotive Photography — vehicle and lifestyle photography for individuals, dealerships, and automotive brands.
• Digital Marketing — social media management, content strategy, and online brand growth.

Pricing listed on this website is indicative (starting rates). Final pricing is agreed upon in writing before any project commences, based on scope, location, usage, and deliverables.

2. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email or message).
• A advance payment may be required before the shoot date, as agreed per project.
• The remaining balance is due upon delivery of final images or completion of the agreed service.
• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled shoot may be eligible for a full or partial refund of any advance payment, at my discretion.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled shoot may result in forfeiture of the advance payment to cover time and preparation costs.
• Rescheduling is accommodated where possible, subject to availability, with at least 24 hours notice.

4. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All photographs and creative work produced by me remain my intellectual property under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India). Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing:

• Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the delivered images for the purpose agreed at the time of booking (e.g. e-commerce listing, social media, print catalog).
• Images may not be resold, sublicensed, or transferred to third parties without my written consent.
• I retain the right to use any images produced for portfolio, promotional, and social media purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the shoot.
• Significant editing, cropping, or applying filters to delivered images that misrepresents the work requires my prior consent.

5. Digital Marketing Services

• Digital marketing engagements are agreed on a monthly retainer basis. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.
• I am not responsible for specific outcomes such as follower counts, engagement rates, or sales, as these depend on many factors outside my control.
• Client must provide timely access to accounts, brand assets, and approvals necessary to deliver the agreed work.

6. Client Responsibilities

• The client is responsible for ensuring all necessary permissions are obtained for locations used during shoots.
• The client is responsible for the safety and preparation of any products, interiors, or vehicles presented for photography.
• The client agrees not to use delivered content in any manner that is unlawful, defamatory, or in violation of any third party's rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from services rendered. My total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total fees paid for that specific project.

8. Website Content

All text, images, and content on this website are provided for general information purposes only. While I strive to keep the information accurate and up to date, I make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of the content.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.

10. Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this website constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
